Savory Tofu and Mushroom Stir-Fry with Umami Sauce
This savory tofu and mushroom stir-fry brings rich and hearty flavors reminiscent of classic meat dishes, but is entirely plant-based. Tofu cubes absorb the umami sauce, while mushrooms add a depth of flavor that makes this a satisfying vegan dinner option.
